A great advantage of this home is that it is perfect for a couple, who can enjoy sumptuous space with all amenities for them on one floor, without it seeming too big for two. Alternatively, the two floors are perfect for a family or more than one couple.

This home is set in the centre of Ahuriri, meaning easy access to cafes, restaurants, bars, pizza and dumpling takeaways, a boutique picture theatre, book shop/post office and a variety of boutique shops. If you wish to have a swim, a safe beach is located just across the road.

A bus stop is directly across the road from number 77 or it is only a short taxi ride from Napier's CBD. If you want to go for a bike ride on Hawke's Bay's 200 km of cycle-way, it is located 70 m away across the road from the home
